Hair transplants<\/strong> can be performed on any part of the body where there is or has been hair. There are two types of techniques used for transplantation:<\/p>\n

Technical FUSS or ‘strip’<\/h2>\n

This technique involves removing a strip of scalp tissue and then dissecting it, separating the follicular units to be implemented in the area to restore. Then the wound is closed by suture trichophytic aesthetics, allowing that the residual scar is an almost imperceptible fine line where, over time, the hair grows.<\/p>\n

FUE<\/h2>\n

The follicular units are removed one by one by microincisions, less than 1mm, which are made using a specific instrument. It works on a superficial level and leaves no scar. \u00a0 Although both techniques are interesting, and it depends which is most appropriate for each patient, some of the advantages of the FUE technique over the classical “pulls” are:<\/p>\n

  • Minimally invasive nature.<\/li>\n
  • No scar, allowing the patient to have very short hair.<\/li>\n
  • Removing hair from other parts of the body, BHR (body hair transplant or transplant body hair).<\/li>\n
  • Simple and quick postop.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Hair Transplants<\/h1>

    \"InjertosEl trasplante capilar<\/strong> se puede realizar sobre cualquier parte del cuerpo en la que haya o haya habido pelo. Existen dos tipos de t\u00e9cnicas que se emplean para realizar trasplantes:<\/p>

    T\u00e9cnica FUSS o \u2018de la tira\u2019<\/h2>

    Consiste en extraer una tira de tejido del cuero cabelludo para luego diseccionarla<\/strong>, separando las unidades foliculares que se implantar\u00e1n en la zona a restaurar. Luego se procede al cierre de la herida, mediante una sutura est\u00e9tica tricof\u00edtica, lo que permitir\u00e1, que la cicatriz residual sea una fina linea casi imperceptible por donde, con el tiempo, crecer\u00e1 pelo.<\/p>

    T\u00e9cnica FUE<\/h2>

    Las unidades foliculares se extraen una a una mediante microincisiones<\/strong>, de menos de 1mm, que se realizan con un instrumental especifico. Se trabaja a un nivel superficial y no deja cicatriz.<\/p>

    Aunque ambas t\u00e9cnicas son interesantes, y se ha de optar por las mas adecuada a cada paciente, algunas de las ventajas de la t\u00e9cnica FUE frente a la cl\u00e1sica \u201ctira\u201d son:<\/p>

    • Car\u00e1cter m\u00ednimamente invasivo.<\/li>
    • Ausencia de cicatriz, lo que permite llevar el pelo muy corto.<\/li>
    • Extracci\u00f3n de pelo de otras zonas del cuerpo, BHR (body hair transplant o trasplante de vello corporal).<\/li>
    • Post-operatorio sencillo y r\u00e1pido<\/li><\/ul>
